The way I've been reading this online they make this sound like a pretty open and shut case. Although its hard for me to imagine that if Disney had a big liability like this due to their decision to release the movie on Disney plus they wouldn't have tried to renegotiate her contract to avoid litigation. I suspect there are some details about her contract that we aren't aware of. But I know it must be frustrating Scarlett.
