  1. Elden Ring is hovering at a 97 metacritic and open critic score. For those wondering, that would put it in the top 20 video games all time if this continues to hold. No matter where the dust settles, all signs are pointing to Elden Ring being extremely well received upon launch. It appears all of the hype has been justified. Now we sit back and wait to see how it performs saleswise. Elden Ring's origins comes from a more niche hardcore gamer background, often times referred to by fans, as a souls like game experience. So it will be interesting to see if the game can break into the mainstream.
  2. My Thoughts I feel like this trailer is a great showcase for Elden Ring It really provides a solid overview of the game and what players can expect. As long as Elden Ring doesn't have any major performance issues I foresee a top 3 game of the year candidate.
  3. The Elden Ring character creator looks pretty cool I think this may be a leak. It looks like you can create some extreme looking characters. You can give them red and green colored skin, troll like eyes, insane stuff. Elden Ring has all the makings of a game that's going to have a lot of viral content. It will be interesting to see how much of this arrives in the final game.
  4. The new Cinematic trailer looks cool. I'm not sure what kind of emphasis they will put on the actual story in-game. But as long as the boss battles are good I think its going to be hard for the game to disappoint.
