  1. Eurogamer is reporting that multiple retailers are listing the Mass Effect Legendary Edition release date as March 12 2021.
  2. I think this really depends on how they decide to reconstruct the world. In the first game the Midgar portion took up one disc, and that was only one location. While most of the other points of view on the map are much smaller, there are still some significant story developments that occur and to recreate them with the same level of quality that Square Enix is known for is going to take a lot of work. I think we are looking at anywhere from 3 to 6 parts to complete the story. I'm not looking forward to the long wait to reach the finish line but I am extremely pleased with the level of qu
  3. This new xbox controller looks pretty sweet. I might to have to purchase this red one and the blue one. I think Microsoft has done a really nice job with the designs and color schemes.
  4. Age of empires has posted a recent update regarding age of empires 4 and the definitive editions of age of epires 2 and 3. It seems like AOE4's many different parts are coming together to make one cohesive game. No real new information but its good to hear that development is moving along. And that the devs are saying they are able to play the game everyday. Hopefully, this year we will get a lot more info on the different empires available, gameplay mechanics and hopefully a release date! Checkout the update yourself here. https://www.ageofempires.com/news/aoe2020-review/
  5. I've never really been a Nets fan but I did like them a lot when Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin were on the team. I must admit KD and Kyrie look dangerous, with Steve Nash as the head coach!
  6. Anybody else planning to get Mass Effect Legendary edition? https://www.ign.com/articles/mass-effect-legendary-edition-release-date-preorder
  7. Skyrim released in 2011. Let that sink in 2011! And we still don't have a new Elder Scrolls game! By contrast Oblivion released in 2006. That means we are talking 10 plus years when its all said and done before another main series Elder Scrolls game is released. As a fan that's just way too long. The only other thing I can compare it too is the wait for George RR Martin's A song of ice and fire(A game of thrones) 'The Winds of Winter' which also came out in 2011. Im super excited to learn more about Starfield but 10 years. A lot can happen in 10 years. I hope they make some more ann
  8. I honestly don't know what to expect. But What I can say with absolute certainty is that I will definitely be checking it out on Amazon Prime when it releases. I can't wait to see the first trailer for it. I just read on Gamespot that filming has just wrapped on its production!😁
  9. I think Ashes of Creation will be a pretty successful MMO. I personally can't wait to play.
  10. I loved Andromedas gameplay. That being said I must confess I never finished the game! I got to a point where I felt the story was getting close to ending so I just stopped playing! I kept waiting for the story to improve and it just never did. Which is really disappointing because I feel like Andromeda was extremely fun. But when you'e playing an RPG you want a great story and Andromeda just didn't deliver. It just wasn't interesting enough. I'm sure I'll go back and finish it one day but for now, I'm looking forward to the next installment in the series. Hopefully it brings back some of
  11. I must admit Final Fantasy 16 has me intrigued. I like the setting. I like the art style but something just feels a bit off to me. I'm still going to buy it regardless. I've played every main entry final fantasy game since 7. That being said I thinks its going to be extremely hard for FF16 to outsell FF7 Remake. FF7 has such a huge installed fan base that will buy the remake and all the planned sequels based just on nostalgia alone. There is a chance though that people that love action games will be more interested in FF16 so I guess we'll see. If I had to choose today though I'm goi
  12. For me this is an easy one. Dragon Age all the way. Although I love Mass Effect too.

  14. Different gaming new outlets are reporting that Sony has removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS store. I haven't checked myself as I've been trying to wait to play it on next gen consoles. I understand it in a way. They don't want people to buy the game and then complain about the experience and want a refund. But at the same time, people can still buy it in stores so Im not sure how much it helps.
  15. This might be minor news for most but I for one am glad to hear it. After Andromeda, I feel like Bioware needs some stronger emphasis on the role playing aspects of Mass Effect. What made mass effect so special was player decisions, how player choice affects or affected the game world and of course interesting characters. Andromeda had much improved actual gameplay in my opinion but those other elements were missing. https://www.gameinformer.com/2020/12/15/several-bioware-veterans-return-for-new-mass-effect-game
  16. Wow IGN gave the PS4 and Xbox One version a 4! That is shocking. I've read reports and comments online about people being disappointed. But a 4? I expected a 6 at most. The score would suggest that it should have never even considered releasing on last gen consoles. https://www.ign.com/articles/cyberpunk-2077-for-xbox-one-and-playstation-4-review
  17. One day I'll get into these games....just not today lol. But it looks awesome and there is a group of people that really love it. I'm glad to see it still around after all these years.
  18. I'm a huge age of empires fan. I've played every single one of them. I also loved age of mythology that was a nice twist and a change of pace on the classic formula. I was sad hear ensemble studios dissolve but was very very excited when I heard the latest news that Microsoft has finally decided to move forward with the next installment of the franchise. I thought the trailer was great and has a good feel. I loved seeing the units move atop the wall that was a really nice touch. I can't wait for them to start releasing gameplay details.
  19. This developer is over an hour long. If you are interested in the development process be sure to check it out.
  20. I must admit this trailer looks excellent. A lot of people are mentioning are getting Dead Space vibes when they checkout this trailer. Looks pretty creepy and with some eerie background sound effects. I'll be keeping an eye on it.
  21. Looking at the 4k Halo Infinite trailer it really doesn't look that bad. Although I definitely understand the complaints about some of the enemy textures. It was great to see 343 industries kind of take ownership, delay the game and begin to polish things up, to deliver a first class experience for everyone that's interested. After seeing the response to Cyberpunk's release and the low supply of xbox consoles this could turnout to be the perfect for Halo Infinite as this way there will be a nice user base of xbox series x and therefore a lot more players will get the definitive experience
  22. Its hard for me to give the game a 10. And I love the original I've played it numerous times. I feel like a 9 is more appropriate. I feel like for the the game to be a 10 it has to really stand out on its own and I feel like there were some interesting story decision. However, I say this with a caveat the story is not done! When its all said and done, I might very well give it a 10. Its just really hard for me to divorce the fact that they turned the first 25 to 30 percent of the game into 30 to 40 hours or more depending on how you play. But I loved playing through it and it held my attention
  23. Yea, all the history that they manage to squeeze into the game is impressive. Im very excited to see what Microsoft does with Age of empires 4. I hope they take some queues from crusader kings 3 and perhaps add some RPG like elements. Or characters that can kind of level up as you play in a match.
  24. Im sure there will be tons of DLC for Baldur's gate probably in perpetuity. This type of game will likely always have a very dedicated following.
  25. Congrats Cyberpunk team. In spite of various reports regarding glitches. The reviews are in and they're extremely high. CDProjekt Red has already recouped their investment. It's all gravy from here 🙂 I can't wait to see what type of DLC they release. Multiplayer I suspect will be next level as well, whenever it releases sometime in 2021. Read the whole article on Polygon if you are interested. What's really interesting about this though is that their stock actually dropped near launch. It makes me feel like analysts really don't understand the gaming community. The hype was just
