    • I've seen all the mission impossible movies and really enjoyed every single one of them. There is no doubt in my mind that this one will be awesome as well. All that being said I feel like this teaser trailer did not do a good job of conveying that mission impossible feel and generating hype for the new movie.

    • I'm hyped to see Russell Crowe and Christian Bale. I think they'll deliver the goods.

    • This new she hulk trailer actually looks like it could be some fun. I'm never gonna say no to more Hulk. But we've definitely entered unchartered territory with the MCU. Disney has to be extremely careful not to overdo things.

    • Its been awhile since I watched Westworld so I don't know what to expect from season 4. This trailer starts off incredibly weird and then starts to get really wild. Hopefully this next season really delivers the goods. It releases on June 26 2022. So we don't have long to wait! Its almost time to start the rewatch party to catch up on everything.

    • I like this new trailer. I can't wait to see Daemon Targaryen in action!

    • I have to admit. Even though I have every intention of watching the next Avatar movie and I am personally excited to see the next chapter, this new Avatar 2 teaser trailer built no hype at all for me. I'm more interested in it because its another movie made by director James Cameron. And it will reportedly have a lot of water/ocean scenes, which Cameron is well known to have a huge affinity for.

    • Episode 6 was much more of a proper superhero show. I enjoyed it more than episodes 5 and 4 but there are still some plot holes and an apparent lack of world building. For one, after its revealed that Khonshu was telling the truth and that Ammit was set free, the other Egyptian avatars along with their gods should have immediately gone to free Khonshu.

Another problem I had is that Ammit's Avatar overpowers like 6 other avatars that made no sense at all. Plus why would Ammits seal be hidden somewhere seperate from all the other gods that were sealed. There were a ton of statues on that shelf.

Also, why is Ammit and  Khonshu the only gods that are able to materialize for the big fight? Shouldn't all the others be able to materialize as well? The worldbuilding aspect was just missing and it seems like the plot  basically allows for whatever is convenient for filming at the time. There were a lot of scenes where I was scratching my head. For example there is a scene where Layla drags Osiris' avatar away. I'm like how does nobody not see her? She literally runs into the main throne room and drags him out into a hallway and starts talking in an exasperated voice. Somebody should have heard them.

So again, in the end, I personally enjoyed this episode much more than the others but the series as a whole needs to work on its worldbuilding and logical plotting to tell an effective story.

    • It seems like Louis Leterrier will be the replacement for Justin Lin on Fast X. I'm glad they found another directory so quickly. Now we just have to worry about the finished product. Is Louis going to come in with his own vision or will he just be executing a preestablished roadmap for the movie?

    • I enjoyed Jusin Lin's Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift. For me that movie put him on the map. Now all these years later its shocking to me to hear that he's stepping down right after they tarted filming on Fast X. It makes you wonder if there were any creative differences.

    • I think this is an appropriate name. For those of you that are familiar with director James Cameron, I'm sure this name comes as no surprise to you. It is well documented that he has a massive interest in deep ocean exploration. I expect that we will experience some incredible visuals in this movie. I'm sure Cameron will attempt to wow us with visuals and capture our imagination, in terms of what could be lying beneath the seas.

    • I must admit I'm not a big fan of these part/part 2 titled movies. It just seems kinda lazy, unoriginal uninspiring. I understand it when a movie is based on source material, like the Harry Potter the Deathly Hollows part 1 and part 2. They just split the book into two separate movies, to fully flesh it out(and get more money😄).

But when it comes to mission impossible there is no source material, there is no book that you are adapting. I would have much preferred them to create an original title and then continue the story in a sequel. I guess in the end it doesn't really matter but it sounds more sophisticated. As a James Bond fan I would have never wanted them to call all 5 of Daniel Craigs movies Casino Royale part 1, Casino Royale part 2, Casino Royale part 3, Casino Royale part 4, Casino Royale part 5. Even though they cover the life of one Bond actor and the stories are just a continuation of James Bond those titles would never work. As a fan of Mission Impossible and Tom Cruise's work its disappointing.

    • I'm still not sure what the overall plot for this movie will be but I like the personal story which is moving in between the larger plot. Blue's baby was taken and it appears the crew are on a personal mission to save the kid.

I didn't like the scene where Blue seemingly attacks Chris Pratt's character, it makes me wonder if perhaps something happened because of the humans.

The last question that I have about the trailer is that I'm wondering if there is some kind of extinction level event going on. Are the dinosaurs now reproducing at a faster pace than the humans? Based on the new dinosaurs that they are showing, is it possible that they are evolving at a rapid pace due to the genetic enhancements? I just don't see how we can have so many dinosaurs all over the world in such a short period of time.

    • Oscar Isaac's acting is better than ever. But I must admit that I was let down a bit by this episode, it jumped around way too much. I was not a fan of the plot. Too many things unexplained. It felt way too trippy. But my biggest issue is that something just feels wrong. This series has started to feel more like a character study using a superhero backdrop, rather than another major addition to the marvel cinematic universe. Hopefully episode 6 can clean things up and give us a good resolution.

    • I didn't see the movie this way. While the Mummy reboot wasn't perfect by any means, I thought it was still pretty cool. I also thought it did a decent job of introducing some characters which were gonna be part of Universal's shared monster universe. That would have been awesome. In much the same way that the Wolfman starring Benecio Del Torro, Anthony Hopkins and Emily Blount wasn't perfect but it was still very enjoyable. I would have loved to see more. Russell Crow and Tom Cruise in a shared universe with other established actors. Its hard for me to imagine that they couldn't have found a way to make that work.

    • I must say that Steven is just not tethered to reality. Marc is infinitely more useful in a fight They're about to do something extremely dangerous and Steven just refuses to relinquish control. Its very obvious these two should be working together rather than fighting each other along the way.

Khonshu is imprisoned and he is placed on a shelf. It looks like there are at least 9 other beings like Khonshu that are imprisoned as well.. I can't imagine all of them survive. By the end of the show I imagine they will all be destroyed with the exception of Khonshu.

The love triangle between Marc, Steven and Layla is interesting and a bit cringe lol. But entertaining all the same.

About 3/4 of the way through, this ep became wild! Was not expecting this at all. Did Marvel really need to make it this wild? This felt like some Loki level shenanigans with the time keepers.

I have no idea what comes next.

    • The trailer itself has a very Guardians of The Galaxy feel. Nothing too heavy and some obvious comedic moments. But my favorite thing about the Thor Love and Thunder trailer is that it seems like Marvel has finally decided to move on from depressed Thor. I hope Thor can finally, find himself for good. This guy is 1,500 years old and there are earthlings that have been alive for 30-50 years that are mentally stronger than him. By comparison, Thor seems like a teenager. Let Thor be Thor! 😄

    • I found episode 3 of Moon Knight to be a bit disappointing. Marc continues to keep secrets from his wife and Steven continues to be a bit useless. Yes, Steven is smart and knows some Egyptian culture but he often times just gets in the way. He's being attacked by dangerous men and he's trying to stop Marc? I just don't get his logic. He comes across as extremely weak and unrealistic. I also didn't understand Marc's hesitation to use the suit when things started to go bad. He should be completely unstoppable in that suit when going up against normal humans. Yet somehow he gets bogged down in this episode. I didn't care for that. I also didn't care for the council meeting with the other gods via their avatars. Marc did not present a good case at all. I don't know if the script originally had some more dialogue prepared for that scene and it had to be cut but Marc did not present a compelling case. That scene could have been so much more but ended up being lackluster because it was just missing so much. The entire time I was just sitting there thinking, tell them the whole story from beginning to end!

    • After watching The Batman (2022) movie, its post credits scene and its deleted Joker scene. I have come to the conclusion that I would love to see the Joker play a Hannibal Lector style role with Robert Pattinson's Batman. Director Matt Reeves should continue his idea on emphasizing how Batman is the greatest detective in the world. Batman should gather evidence, interview witnesses, analyze the crime scene and put together all the clues, piece by piece, to catch the villain. In an effort to understand the depraved criminal mind, Batman enlists the help of the Joker. Think of their interactions, similar to the FBI's behavioral science unit in Netflix's Mindhunter. Batman would conduct a series of interviews with the Joker, to develop profiles of super criminals, in the hopes that he can avoid another one emerging that causes catastrophic damage to the city like the Riddler.

If they were to give the Joker the same sort of fear inducing brilliance and charisma that Anthony Hopkins exudes in Red Dragon or Silence of the Lambs, the sequel would be something incredible. When another super criminal finally does emerge, Batman would share intel with the Joker to try to catch them. Of course this is where things get fun, as the Joker will try to leverage Batman along the way for favors and ultimately try to find some way to escape Arkham Asylum. I'd love to see Matt Reeves take a swing at it from this angle.

    • This new trailer looks wild!

The production quality for Stranger Things has definitely gone up a notch. In this trailer Eleven says that she doesn't have her powers anymore. I wonder if she's just lying to whoever that man is that seems to be requesting help from her or if she has in fact actually lost her powers. If Eleven has somehow lost her powers, the new trailer seems to hint at the possibility that perhaps her powers have been transferred to Max.

Hopper on the other hand appears to be alive and well but a prisoner at an undisclosed location. I fully expect him to join up again with the gang at some point. I have no idea what use the boys will be in the new season because no big plot points were given away but I expect them to slowly start putting together pieces of the puzzle regarding whatever new mystery had appeared.

Last but not least it appears Stranger Things season 4 will consist of two volumes. The first of which will release may 27th and the 2nd one is scheduled to release July 1st. Hopefully each volume will each be a full season worth of new content.

I'm definitely a lot more excited for Stranger Things Season 4 now. May 27th can't come soon enough!

This movie looks beyond epic. The jet fighter sequences look incredible. It totally captures the feeling of the original. My only thing its missing(at least in the trailer) is that wingman vibe but who knows, I'm sure they'll be a few surprises along the way!

This June, experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar®-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that spans the globe. From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

One thing I love about Westworld is that it pretty consistently provides thought provoking sci-fi. I'm looking forward to this.
