  2. So it's like the Arcane warrior with a bow? I like it! I've never played it as an archer though. At least not for long. Eventually I preferred to mix it up with the warriors.
  3. Joel and Ben are back and healthy. The team is playing well. And Doc is looking like the championship coach that we all know and love. If Doc can find a way to get Ben Simmons to be more aggressive in asserting his will on the game, they are going to be extremely tough to beat. In my mind there is no reason Ben shouldn't be able to put up the same crazy numbers he put up in college. He's that gifted and skilled. In the East I suspect Boston, Philly, Milwaukee, Brooklyn and likely Miami will be at the top. And honestly I can foresee different scenarios where any of these teams could s
  4. I will admit I'm going through the game slowly and I'm not in any particular rush to finish but the game is pretty fun. As I go through the different story arcs, I recognize that I generally care for the many different characters involved and enjoy helping them. The standout gameplay system to me has definitely got to be the raiding. Its pretty smooth and seamless. All of your raiders seem to know what to do and seem to be pretty capable on their own. After 18 hours I'm still enjoying the combat. Before this game I've never played Assassin's Creed before, a friend of mine told me that thi
  5. I don't agree with this entire list but its hard for me to argue against #1 and #2. Attack on Titan and One Punch Man are easily two of the greatest action anime of all time.
  6. Right or wrong it seems like this season Kyrie Irving is going to be the topic of discussion in the NBA world this year. Hopefully at some point coverage around him will be just about the games. I feel like Brooklyn has had some struggles this year but they still have a great opportunity to go deep in the playoffs. https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/30698732/kyrie-irving-not-expected-rejoin-brooklyn-nets-week-nba-reviewing-maskless-videos
  7. The first Wonder Woman movie was way better. Its funny because I was really hyped to see this movie. But when they announced the first Wonder Woman movie back in 2017 I was highly skeptical. Wonder Woman 1984 just doesn't have that flow to it, it feels disjointed. It felt like they spent a lot of time on Diana and too little time on Wonder Woman. A lot of the supporting actors had a lot of time to shine as well. I'm still looking forward to the next Wonder Woman movie but they really need to get the DC universe on the right track as it just feels so unnatural for all of this stuff t
  8. This is not the type of Bethesda news I was looking forward to, but I am intrigued to see how it will do. I have tons of questions about it. Will the storyline connect with the movies? Will they and can they use Harrison Ford's likeness? Will this be a single player only game? Is the Indiana Jones fan base large enough and have enough interest to support the game? Either way it seems like Bethesda is really primed to start pumping out the games, I look forward to some more news on Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6.
  9. You know, I have yet t play this game. I've watched a few of my friends play it though. I might finally give it a try. https://www.ign.com/articles/star-wars-jedi-fallen-order-updated-for-next-gen-consoles
  10. Eurogamer is reporting that multiple retailers are listing the Mass Effect Legendary Edition release date as March 12 2021.
  11. I think this really depends on how they decide to reconstruct the world. In the first game the Midgar portion took up one disc, and that was only one location. While most of the other points of view on the map are much smaller, there are still some significant story developments that occur and to recreate them with the same level of quality that Square Enix is known for is going to take a lot of work. I think we are looking at anywhere from 3 to 6 parts to complete the story. I'm not looking forward to the long wait to reach the finish line but I am extremely pleased with the level of qu
  12. This new xbox controller looks pretty sweet. I might to have to purchase this red one and the blue one. I think Microsoft has done a really nice job with the designs and color schemes.

  14. Age of empires has posted a recent update regarding age of empires 4 and the definitive editions of age of epires 2 and 3. It seems like AOE4's many different parts are coming together to make one cohesive game. No real new information but its good to hear that development is moving along. And that the devs are saying they are able to play the game everyday. Hopefully, this year we will get a lot more info on the different empires available, gameplay mechanics and hopefully a release date! Checkout the update yourself here. https://www.ageofempires.com/news/aoe2020-review/
  15. I've never really been a Nets fan but I did like them a lot when Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin were on the team. I must admit KD and Kyrie look dangerous, with Steve Nash as the head coach!
  16. Anybody else planning to get Mass Effect Legendary edition? https://www.ign.com/articles/mass-effect-legendary-edition-release-date-preorder
  17. Skyrim released in 2011. Let that sink in 2011! And we still don't have a new Elder Scrolls game! By contrast Oblivion released in 2006. That means we are talking 10 plus years when its all said and done before another main series Elder Scrolls game is released. As a fan that's just way too long. The only other thing I can compare it too is the wait for George RR Martin's A song of ice and fire(A game of thrones) 'The Winds of Winter' which also came out in 2011. Im super excited to learn more about Starfield but 10 years. A lot can happen in 10 years. I hope they make some more ann
  18. I honestly don't know what to expect. But What I can say with absolute certainty is that I will definitely be checking it out on Amazon Prime when it releases. I can't wait to see the first trailer for it. I just read on Gamespot that filming has just wrapped on its production!😁
  19. I think Ashes of Creation will be a pretty successful MMO. I personally can't wait to play.
  20. I loved Andromedas gameplay. That being said I must confess I never finished the game! I got to a point where I felt the story was getting close to ending so I just stopped playing! I kept waiting for the story to improve and it just never did. Which is really disappointing because I feel like Andromeda was extremely fun. But when you'e playing an RPG you want a great story and Andromeda just didn't deliver. It just wasn't interesting enough. I'm sure I'll go back and finish it one day but for now, I'm looking forward to the next installment in the series. Hopefully it brings back some of
  21. I must admit Final Fantasy 16 has me intrigued. I like the setting. I like the art style but something just feels a bit off to me. I'm still going to buy it regardless. I've played every main entry final fantasy game since 7. That being said I thinks its going to be extremely hard for FF16 to outsell FF7 Remake. FF7 has such a huge installed fan base that will buy the remake and all the planned sequels based just on nostalgia alone. There is a chance though that people that love action games will be more interested in FF16 so I guess we'll see. If I had to choose today though I'm goi
  22. For me this is an easy one. Dragon Age all the way. Although I love Mass Effect too.

  24. Different gaming new outlets are reporting that Sony has removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS store. I haven't checked myself as I've been trying to wait to play it on next gen consoles. I understand it in a way. They don't want people to buy the game and then complain about the experience and want a refund. But at the same time, people can still buy it in stores so Im not sure how much it helps.
  25. This might be minor news for most but I for one am glad to hear it. After Andromeda, I feel like Bioware needs some stronger emphasis on the role playing aspects of Mass Effect. What made mass effect so special was player decisions, how player choice affects or affected the game world and of course interesting characters. Andromeda had much improved actual gameplay in my opinion but those other elements were missing. https://www.gameinformer.com/2020/12/15/several-bioware-veterans-return-for-new-mass-effect-game
  26. Wow IGN gave the PS4 and Xbox One version a 4! That is shocking. I've read reports and comments online about people being disappointed. But a 4? I expected a 6 at most. The score would suggest that it should have never even considered releasing on last gen consoles. https://www.ign.com/articles/cyberpunk-2077-for-xbox-one-and-playstation-4-review
  27. One day I'll get into these games....just not today lol. But it looks awesome and there is a group of people that really love it. I'm glad to see it still around after all these years.
